These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of madhavcollegeofpharmacy.org (the "website"), the admission enquiry website of Madhav College of Pharmacy, Sulkha, Rewari, Haryana ("the College"). By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) programme for the 2027–28 session and lets prospective students and parents send an admission enquiry. The College's main institutional website is madhavcollegeofpharmacy.com.

2. An enquiry is not an application or admission

• Submitting the enquiry form, calling or messaging the College does not reserve a seat or confirm admission.
• Admission is subject to the eligibility conditions for D.Pharmacy, verification of documents, seat availability and the rules of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), the Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE) and the State of Haryana applicable to the 2027–28 session.
• A seat is confirmed only after the first fee installment is paid in accordance with the College's official fee-payment instructions.

3. Fees and concessions

• The D.Pharmacy course fee for the 2027–28 session is ₹60,000 per year (₹1,20,000 for two years), payable in three installments of ₹20,000 each year, as shown on the website. The course fee agreed at the time of admission is the final course fee.
• Hostel charges are separate and apply only to students who choose the hostel.
• Scholarships and fee concessions are available only to eligible students and are subject to eligibility criteria, supporting documents, scholarship terms and confirmation by the College. They are not automatic.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the enquiry form, and submit it only for yourself or for a student for whom you are the parent or guardian.
• Do not submit false, abusive or automated enquiries, attempt to disrupt the website, or misuse the contact details published on it.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Information about careers, registration and licensing is general guidance. The College does not guarantee jobs, salaries, placements, government recruitment, registration with a State Pharmacy Council or the grant of any licence. These depend on the rules and decisions of the relevant authorities and employers.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to the College's official website, documents hosted on Google Drive, WhatsApp, Google Maps and regulatory websites such as PCI and HSBTE. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The College name, logo, photographs and content on the website belong to Madhav College of Pharmacy or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used to represent the College without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the College is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website, from temporary unavailability, or from errors that are corrected after publication. Official documents and written confirmation from the College prevail over website content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rewari, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
